Komatsu faced significant challenges in managing their HR processes across multiple locations in India due to the lack of integration and automation.

The primary issues included the need to integrate ESSL & ZKTECO biometric devices for accurate daily attendance tracking, provide a user-friendly self-service portal for employees to manage attendance, leave, and overtime requests, and automate the complex salary calculations incorporating overtime, leave deductions, and statutory compliance for Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI).

The existing manual processes were time-consuming, prone to errors, and inefficient, leading to delays in payroll processing and compliance risks.
